main message is when swamiji arrested only 2 people took him jail., while releasing all 200 staff came there to give send off with tears in their eyes. everyday swamiji met ave 50 people for healing inside the jail..great service even in jail. some of the police becomes devotee.

Technique: 1) keep both the hand in the distance where the attraction/reflection is felt;
                 2) put awareness in the middle finger tip
                 3) close the eyes
                 4) have the awarenes in the tip of the middle finger..meanwhile try to observe the breathing 
                     pattern.

( try to make the same breathing pattern without making any previous step - to get VYANA ) ; this is equivalent to have 10 feast)
 afternoon session we learnt about KINESIOLOGY - Which is the applied science of  koorma nady which is connected with aananda gandha - IT is the diagonastic method. Our body has innate nature of response for expressing the right. 1)ask yes/no questions in a serious of way. if yes body's positive response wil be there. 2) stand with a person who is to be diagonased ; tell him to put max pressure on the left hand which is to be put parallel to the ground and use the ours right hand index and middle finger. press the opp person hand to get yes/ no
3)use the left hand thumb and ring finger to make ring like structure . make a ring; use right hand thumb and index finger to feeding like. ask the question of yes/no, then put pressure to open it. find yes/no

this 16 along with 3 guna -sattva raja and tamas will make permutation/combination - to make experience the differnet in the experiencer.

Technique : TALK what do you mean; if so you are enlightened; don't be hypocrist; 
outer hypocrist - all media writter;
inner hypocrist - think what you don't mean.- all successfull corporator.

Maha vagya : you are experiencing all experience because to free from it.

remind this truth; this will liberate you.

World is given to you freely because to be free from it.
