Technique for the day : " STOP "
1) Sit in Batmasana and samana mudra
2) Stop whatever you can
a) Breathing as much as you,
b) eyeballs movement
c) thoughts chain
d) Body movement
Morning session I did not try even a small bit., but evening session I tried..It was jerking,I tried to avoid, But the bahir kumbaka was not happening properly..we sat almost 4 hrs.
Today early morning we did 108 surya namasakar..really make confidence in us.
BEST rememberence of the day:
swamiji in the white dhoti like dress weared..it's so lovelier one...
